Leadership Training Part 1

So today we went up to a leadership training and problem solving conference. They're giving us multiple tools that we will be able to use with real world problems. One of the tools they gave us was the "5 whys". At first I thought that this tool was dumb because it annoyed me with all the "why" questions. Why did I answer this to this question, why did I just answer that question the way I did and so on and so forth. This became frusterating and tedious to me. Then I realized that this actually is a good tool to use because it gets down to your motives of doing and saying things. It makes you think about why you're involved in something. It'll be interesting actually using these tools when we go to our businesses. Stay tuned for part two..coming soon.
