Core Values

As leaders we need to know our core values and have them set in stone. In a time of difficulty, our core values will be evident to those around us. Some good core values to have would be: Honesty, Communication, Respect, and I believe that Convictions is a big one. We need to know what we believe in and what we stand for before we can go around leading other people. Integrity is also a huge one. If people see that you have good integrity then people will be more inclined to believe you in what you're trying to get across in your message. Consistency is big when it comes to integrity because if it comes to that one time you mess up people will be more willing to forgive and forget with you. So be consistent in how you act around people. It will give people more of a reason to trust you.
