Problems Throughout School

Last week we voted on what we think are the most important issues in class. We were put into groups based on what we thought was the biggest problem. My groups problem was that we think that hallways are too crowded. We are using the PDSA process to try and solve this problem. I think this will be a cool thing to do as we can actually see the outcome of the process, unlike when we were at Kinze or when we did the problem at the workshop. So far we have come up with a code of cooperation and our systems analysis. Yesterday we came up with some questions to use for a survey. I'll be excited to get our survey out and get some data back to see what the main source of the problem is. Farewell for now..updates to come shortly.
